Currently the document export to PDF or other format is carried on in the main document service process using LibreOffice assistant. This homemade solution does not leverage existing tools like Unoconv or Gotenberg that only focus on document conversion have accumulated many years of experience in this field.

The objective of this ticket would be to remove the proprietary code and instead connect to one of those external tools.
