Auto override system proxy setting at launch means "at launch" time, or when you launch the app.

When you toggle the start/stop button, it will override the proxy. If you'd like to not to, try command+Option+P to turn off

By command+Option+P you mean command+Option+O ? It seems works one time, when I restart recording, it will open agin.

Is there any way to disable this feature? I use Proxyman capture requests of other device, I don`t want it override my system proxy setting

yes, it's Command+Option+O.
