What happened to flags and flags2 in 14.x?

The section in the docs for develop and 14.x is mostly empty:https://pyav.basswood-io.com/docs/14.2/api/codec.html#enums-and-flags. In 13.1 it was still fully documented and worked as expected: https://pyav.basswood-io.com/docs/13.1/api/codec.html#id1.

Here is some code that worked fine in 13.1 but fails in 14.x:

codec = av.Codec("h264", "r")
codec_context = av.CodecContext.create(codec)
codec_context.thread_type = "AUTO"
codec_context.flags2 |= av.codec.context.Flags2.EXPORT_MVS

...

mvs = frame.side_data.get(av.sidedata.sidedata.Type.MOTION_VECTORS)
