New release ? #740
-
Hi 👋🏼 Is it possible to perform a new release ? Last one is from last year (December 2020) and a lot have been changed/fixed since with at least Python 3.9 and More generaly, what are the rules to release (what is triggerring a release) ? How can I/we help to make it happen ? (Sorry, I hate to be that guy asking for release, but it has been almost a year since we had to disable bandit because of Python 3.9 and given Python 3.10 is planned for next month, I'd like to avoid one more year without Bandit and so I'm ready to help to make it happen) |

1.7.1 was released which includes Python 3.9 support. I agree that regular scheduled releases is important and needed. Ideally I'd like to get the automated publish GitHub Action workflow is good shape so that releases go out on a regular cadence. |
