Request for CNAME record for projects in PyCQA #63

It would be nice if projects under the PyCQA org can request a CNAME record. For example, PyCQA already has a domain registered of pycqa.org to host docs for this meta repo. It would be great if Bandit could have a CNAME of bandit.pycqa.org to host its docs. Currently Bandit uses the default of bandit.readthedocs.io. The address of bandit.pycqa.org would be much nicer.

Other projects would probably like this as well. Thoughts?
