Background:
Currently, running a demo takes a lot of steps and know-how
The idea is to remove the complexity by running the docker builds into make file and might throw them into one docker compose file so we can improve adoption by reducing complexity of running a demo

Todo:
Find pain points and try to reduce manual intervention to minimal

DoD:
1 click (or 2/3) to run demo once qmstr is installed

please check the development branch. The demos in there are executed automatically via the ci which is fine for now. The focus at the moment should be to fix the demos. Polishing can be done later.
