After refactoring #447 , we noticed that we only manage separately AddFiles and DeleteFiles as Action types, which makes tit very rigid if we want to commit any other type of information to the table (metadata, etc..)

This issue is for discussion and agreement of a QbeastAction interface, it's extensions and further implementation.
