REGRESSION: Background image not displaying on window borders #51

Self-explanatory; background images will no longer display on borders, even if the option is set.

Bug new to 1.8.18, was unpresent in 1.8.17.

I have just realized that this bug affects only qt4 apps; gtk2 apps work just fine. Idk about qt3 apps.
