No response to first email to IOG Funded Cohort Team

Hi Daniel,

I am writing as Fund 5 cohort "Quality Assurance DAO" with a few queries regarding implementation of my proposal.

Action : Change completion date of 29th September 2021 to 1st November 2021

In my rush to complete the onboarding form I put in a completion date of 29/09/2021. Can I change this to 1st November 2021 ? This revised date matches the deliverables listed below.

Action : Upload logo

I also overlooked uploading a logo. Is it still possible to do this ?

Deliverables

My deliverables are an assessment of the Fund 5 Governance process (hence the revised dates) This will include documentation/tracking of :

• The pathway of a funded cohort and
• An assessment of funded cohort reporting requirements.

I have started to document this on the QA-DAO GitBook here ( https://stephen-rowan.gitbook.io/quality-assurance-dao/catalyst-proposals/fund-5-developer-ecosystem-proposal-governance ) . I will only be documenting public information – so please alert me to any privacy concerns I may need to take into account.

Action : Collaboration with IOHK and the Fund 5 cohort

I would like to approach this as a collaboration with IOHK and the Fund 5 cohort – the final result would be to communicate how Project Catalyst is developing, refining and implementing its funded cohort reporting and the experience of a cohort member.

From a QA perspective I am particularly interested in the bi-weekly reports and how they have developed from previous funding rounds.

Fund 6 Proposal

I am referring to this as research that forms part of the background for my Fund 6 Proposal “Distributed Auditability” (https://stephen-rowan.gitbook.io/quality-assurance-dao/catalyst-proposals/fund-6-auditability-proposal-distributed-auditability#0-1-research ). Also I am in liaison with George Lovegrove with his funded work on reporting data – to ensure there is no duplication of effort between us.
