feat: 👷 improve library structure

Descrição

• Remove babel and other unnused deps;
• Improve code reuse by moving external deps outside bundle;
• Move styled-components to peer dependencies (https://styled-components.com/docs/faqs#i-am-a-library-author.-should-i-bundle-styled-components-with-my-library)
• Rollup to v4;
• Remove dist folder from project (it will be generated at publish workflow);
