Search Page enhancement

Make Search page show you when you can request again (as on submit page / old site)
Depending on that if you can or can't request, change button labels to Request / Requestable (if its not on cd) & change its color to brighter green for example.

Already does this. Hanyuu just doesn't update the search index layer so values aren't accurate.

You misunderstand; he wants it to tell you when you can request again as a user, not for individual songs.

Right now it only does this if you try to request something.
