Aren't the final two options basically the same, as in the repository would be called "catalog" but the full name of the project would be "RDTK Catalog"?

Same for "RDTK Index".

IMHO for such generic terms like catalog and index the 'RDTK' prefix should be included in repository name... But this is open to discussion :)
