Unable to create reference from Ensembl human gtf file

Hello,

I was trying to use PAS2GEF to create reference using the latest Ensembl GTF file but were unable to do so. I have attached a screenshot with the error messages that showed up on R. Hope you will be able to hele troubleshoot this?

@RJWANGbioinfo Hey thanks for developing the tool, I see this same error using emsembl gtf
any thoughts

GTFfile="Mus_musculus.GRCm38.95.gtf"
PASREFraw=APAlyzer::PAS2GEF(GTFfile, AnnoMethod='V2')
