User Story

Als Redakteur möchte ich, dass Zitate in core/quote und pull-quote von der Übersetzung ausgeschlossen werden

Grundlegendes Problem

Die Standard-Übersetzung von Chrome & Co. übersetzt alles, außer der HTML-Tag translate="no" wird gesetzt.

Möglicher Lösungsvorschlag
