Cannot find configuration file "key=clear"

When running Show-WiFiPassword under either admin or normal user I get this:

On the computer can not find the configuration file "key = clear".

+1 same issue occurring for me
Profile "key=clear" is not found on the system.

No idea what's going on, and no one yet provided information for diagnostics (OS version, type of encryption of Wi-Fi you're using, etc.)
