[💡SUG] Special "genre" or "category" column

Many beyond-accuracy measures and reranking procedures depend on some definition of "category" or "genre". It should probably have a special role in RecBole just like timestamp or rating

Something like: CATEGORY_FIELD with default value genre, with the restriction that the type should be token or token_seq.
