api_v2.py部署在服务器，ref_audio_path能否让用户从客户端传递 #2082

也就是ref_audio能否让客户端用户上传，否则ref_audio_path在客户端，api_v2.py在服务器，两者不好匹配
目前自己修改api_v2.py实现，只不过看看官方是否有这方面的考量
