Rename repository to "real-property-token-standards"

I don't believe that business-data-spec accurately captures the goal of this repository which, imo, should be to EIP token standards for representing real property on Ethereum.

My thinking was there will eventually be a pretty expansive hierarchy of data structures similar to XRBL

My main interest in the financial aspects because it's what I spend most of my time thinking about.
