Current documentation is minimal and a more detailed explanation might be handy.

The current Documentation - minimal as it is - dosn't eaven fit the real code. There is no methode accepting this arguments..... ^^
Anyway, let me fix this - se my Pull Request.

Links for documentation do not work. Would be nice to have something to know how to use GroupShareKit...

There's a problem with GroupShare 2017 CU10 around documentation that's why it doesn't work. Next GroupShare 2017 release should fix that. You can also look at this sample application that is using GroupShareKit.
