[FEATURE] Allow update of blacklist without update

Feature Description
Shipping a new version of Gamey for every blacklist is annoying; therefore, let the user choose if we want to fetch the backlist from me or to have a local blacklist. This still allows for full control of the blacklist if wanted but also allows me to update the blacklist more often without updating Gamey.

Reason for adding it
No annoying updates just to update some blacklist definitions

Examples
Maybe just another branch which contains the blacklist would be already enough.
