The language selection feature needs improvement

@RamakrushnaBiswal The language selection feature needs improvement currently, when a user clicks on the selected language, the dropdown box expands automatically. It would enhance user experience to place the language options directly in the navbar for easier access.

In footer section I also see that while selecting language font size is large , we should reduce font size and redesign footer section.
