Feat: Adding online tic tac toe game

Describe the feature

When a user clicks on the "Instant Play" button for a board game listed on the website, the expected behaviour is to be redirected to a game page or to start playing the game directly. However, in many cases, the "Instant Play" button is not linked to any playable game.

So I will make a tic tac toe game, which will be redirected on clicking "Instant play". In which two users can play online.
