Add Support to grab a Secret which requires comments

"Get-Secret : Secret server returned error The requested Secret requires a comment when viewed."
Add support to parse a comment to the Secrets, which require them and retrieve the comment.

Second... had written my own version of Get-Secret before I knew about this one, and came to look for this exact scenario. In the meantime, I will make a version of the secret that doesn't require the check-out comment, but IAM may not like it. :D
