Water valve problem

Good evening I flashed a Shelley with Haa to control a hot water pump, it's not the first but I'm not an expert, I connected a timer to the SW contact, I would like it to be activated via the app and then the timer starts, or conversely, the Shelly does not make a change of state, but even if I have not set the cyclic, at each change of state of the timer the Shelly behaves as if I had set it.
