i Try to Update my old Basic SONOFF with HAA 6.8.4. But nothing... No error, it reboot with the same firmware

Installer is very old, and it is incompartible with current GitHub servers. You must use a local HTTP server (non-SSL) to update device via OTA.

"s":5 into "c":{ } is wrong. It is used to indicate accessory index to put setup service. Remove it and device will appear again as HAA device.

FYI: when the device appear to HAA Device, HAA Manager Quit unexpectedly. iPhone or Mac. It's nothing... Only if you want an better App ^^

I have the same issues. to which version should I update if current is 6.2.4? now I am on 6.2.4 (HAA OTA v4.9.0). I set up local server with v11.9.1 but it stops update with Restarting... message in HAA Log

add "s":5 and you will see (dont't close the app) ... On iPhone, the app quit without message ... And on Mac OS with this message HAA Manager Quit unexpectedly

I think it's the change from HAA to Other's and vice versa

But adding "s":5 to put setup service into a missed accessory is not an App bug, it is a wrong script.

its not the first time i see this error message ... adding or removing "S":5, i know it's not good... but you will see on your app the bug. And i thing, i remember (maybe i'm wrong) but if you add a new one (new device), you will see the same problem...

1. Obviously Peregrine was v11.

2. also "an unique" the right spelling is "a unique".

Just bringing some v10 devices to-date and got distracted by the text.

3. Also the guide doesn't actually guide one through the process. There better be a part somewhere, saying "you first upgrade to v12, then modify config, otherwise it won't work... or will work.. unreliably".

UPD: So far, best way to upgrade is to re-download vanilla v12 config from Device Database 🔢
