It welcomes the visitors and gives a brief intro about the main idea of the website and how it works. The idea of this website is to create an environment where scrap owners can get rid of their scrap either by donating them for free or sell them off to those who need these spare parts. This means that the registered user is either a seller or buyer. However, if you are only surfing the website you don't need to register unless you need to buy or sell scrap.
