Change the mode system a little.
⁃ Make each mode be 25 minutes.
⁃ When the time is up, the voting starts for choosing the next mode. (#21)
⁃ The mode can be prolonged 1 time. If the mode has been extended, it will not be in the next voting.
⁃ On the server stands, automatic change of the map at the end of time. Make it so that until the mode is finished, mp_timelimit will not be activated.
