This impacts recovery.sh and factory restore processes.

borg extract may not be needed as mount + rsync works and is faster.
Deleted recovery.sh and ran factory restore with both methods. rsync method was faster by approx 3 minutes.
Will repeat the tests again and decide if this will be released or rolled back.
