Filters update!

Yeah too many changes to track for my chaotic self, but the major one is list filtering! Also lots of bug fixes.

Request & report update

I don't even remember all the changes at this point, but for the major ones:

• You can now request a new booze to be added
• You can report booze & reviews for various reasons
• User security information are now impossible to view by others
• And many, many more.
