Describe the project you are working on

It's less about working on a single project and more on several at once.

I just have to sort between what is most and least important, and the binary system what is currently provided(starred/not starred) is not enough for me.

Describe the problem or limitation you are having in your project

Let's assume we have a following list of projects:

-"Passion project" (Tier 3 featured)
-"Current project" (Tier 2 featured, will appear below higher tiers)
-"Jam project" (Tier 2 featured, will appear below higher tiers)
-"Test project" (Tier 1 featured, will appear below higher tiers)
-"Something I had at the back of my mind" (Tier 1 featured, will appear below higher tiers)
-"Complete project" (not featured)
-"tech demo project1" (not featured)
-"tech demo project2" (not featured)
-"tech demo project3" (not featured)
-"abandoned project" (not featured)
-"some random import" (not featured)

If we had the current system, all the projects above "Complete project" would just be in different places because I opened them in different times.

Describe the feature / enhancement and how it helps to overcome the problem or limitation

Whenever I'm clicking through my projects, on the list they do not show up where I want.
The binary "featured - not featured" does not fill what I want. I want my "Passion project", for example, to always appear above everything else, so I wouldn't have to search for it later.

Describe how your proposal will work, with code, pseudo-code, mock-ups, and/or diagrams

Press the "featured" button several times to increase the featured tier.

For example. press left mouse on "Featured" button 3 times to increase it to Tier 3.
Decrease the tier/unfeature by pressing right mouse click on the same "Featured" button.

If this enhancement will not be used often, can it be worked around with a few lines of script?

I don't think there are plugins for "Project manager". Tags are cool, but they do not make the project stand above everything else if you opened by something else.

Is there a reason why this should be core and not an add-on in the asset library?

Easier time to sort through your projects, on the several tiers of relevance, and not just one.
