Cant change the order of apps

I have just installed the launcher, and firstly, THANK YOU FOR YOUR WORK!!!! I hate all the extra garbage that the stick has on it and this is the perfect way to fix that!

Now to the issue:
when i press the option button on the remote, and go into settings, when i select the "move icons" option, it takes me to a list of apps that are also in the main screen. It now tells me to select one and press "enter"...

I've tried every button on it and the only one that works is the center button inside the directional button 'ring'. Nothing works, and the center button only highlights it temporarily.
