In the new version of Chrome 58.0.3029.96 (64-bit) does not work good, the console does not have any error messages. I tested IE11 and chrome 50 again, it works fine

Same problem here, Chrome doesn't error....
But No resume.
I can see it updating in local storage as the video plays.
chrome 59.0.3071.115
