Add <kbd> button on the button side-list

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I would like that there is a button, that I could click it immediately and "surround" a selection with <kbd>%s</kbd> (or, akin to `, it would put the cursor on the %s token)

Bonus points for converting WinKey+Ctrl+Shift+B to <kbd>WinKey</kbd>+<kbd>Ctrl</kbd>+<kbd>Shift</kbd>+<kbd>B</kbd> (WinKey+Ctrl+Shift+B)

(I'd say split on +, and apply <kbd>%s</kbd> on r'\S+')
