STORY
As a repository owner, I would like the logo and name updated, so that my institutions uniqueness is reflected in the navigation header

ACCEPTANCE

The repo has a new logo
The repo has a new name in the header & tabs
[BONUS] The header and footer colors harmonize with the logo

DETAILS
Perhaps this as a logo. And "Here in Oxford" as the repository name.
