* draft SOBP entries to update Index page

conference, hackathon and symposium entry drafts for SOBP 2024

* formatting for SOBP entries index page

add hyperlink for Symposium title, add a /ul to back out of indentation at end of those entries

* formatting - bold for symp title, also for Fellows

* formatting 

italics for Chair/co-chair
bold for fellowship awardees

* add links for SOBP speaker profiles

* one more speaker profile link added

* Add Neurohackademy entry

* correction for applications line/Neurohackademy
