Subject: [PATCH] updates for personnel-About Us page (#366)

additions, removals, and modifications as applicable in the Full Team by Site section.
Also added stars for people in the directory gallery who are now emeritus.
Note: did not add any additional names/mri scan images for new personnel in the gallery portion below, for now.
