Motivation

App Builders need a 3rd-party interface for viewing requests with CID stored on Sepolia (created with the Sepolia Gateway) - for debugging purposes while they're first building their app.

Definition of Done

• Add Requests with CID stored on Sepolia
• Add a Toggle to show or omit Requests with CID stored on Sepolia

Considerations

Consider adding a Preferences page to hold all the user preference toggles.

We made it so everyone sees the Sepolia requests without a toggle to turn them off. Adding the toggle can wait until later.
