Easier Navigation in Report Builder

If you're using the report builder and are editing one section, when you click the title of a different section it should jump you over there! With some behavior yet to be defined as to whether the current entry should be saved or not (maybe all draft entries should be auto-saved, just like Gmail drafts etc)
