osxphotos uses the file ~/Library/SyncedPreferences/com.apple.finder.plist to find which tags have been mapped to custom colors by the user (See #20). On Monterey, this file apparently does not exist. I've fixed the code in v0.99.34 to ignore the missing file if it can't be found (previously threw an exception) but this will reintroduce bug #20 for Monterey users who use custom tag colors. Until I get my hands on a Monterey system to figure out where Apple stores this information, I won't be able to fix this.
