This release is not fully stable
It is a rewrite of the Encoder in .NET Core.

  • Frame Diffing - Can decrease file size substantially depending on how similar the frames are.
  • Color modes are now available

  • Will try generating an mp4 for the flipnote. Seems to be broken with larger files.
