Expand documentation based on personal experience assembling the hardware.

I've expanded the documentation on setting up a tower with the items listed in my fork of this repository, I'll open a pull request and get them merged back.

Hey, here are some pictures of a tower we set up with a nearly identical design to what RITower.md describes, I can probably get the photographer to release them under a generic Creative Commons license if you'd like to use 'em.

Absolutely! I'd love to have reference photos, and these are fantastic. If
you can get the license worked out, and submit a pull request that adds
these photos to RITower.md, I'll merge it in a heartbeat.

I'll email Mars Saxman then, iirc he was the person who took those photos.

Edit: I'm going to move the picture subtopic into a different issue thread, as it really doesn't fit here.
