Alt+Enter during cutscenes can crash the renderer if CRT is enabled

Really odd, some binding layout vs pipeline state problem.

@RobertBeckebans I just noticed that you logged this issue last Dec. It's a problem I have already solved in my push constants branch, where the issue is more apparent.

The fixes are pretty simple and could easily go into the 1.6 release. I'll just add them to my open PR #982.
