So I feel like this is a bug because before the newer version I remember mob_strenght_multi being higher is harder, but in the newer version lower is harder.
On my server with the newer version mob_strenght_multi at 2.0 gave mobs 1 hp, but at 0.4 they have between 500 - 700 hp.
This was tested and counted on normal mobs, even though star veriants were still less because of the normal spawn being weaker at the 2.0 and harder at 0.4.
