Max Level Config Editing

For mobs to be higher level than the default, you need to edit:

config\Mine and Slash\DimensionConfigs.txt > MAXIMUM_MOB_LEVEL

config\Mine and Slash\ModEntityConfigs.txt > MAX_LEVEL

config\mmorpg-common.toml > MAXIMUM_PLAYER_LEVEL (not needed but advised)
