Problem Description

The camera streams really large images. Using these images within the ROS ecosystem, which does no image compression, significantly degrades system performance.

Feature Description

Down-scale the images to a more reasonable size for use with ROS. Testing should be done to determine a reasonable image size that doesn't significantly compromise quality.
