Why do we need this ?

As a GitHub App developer

I need to:

See where to give feedback regarding the app

So That:

We can make it better overtime and resolve any bugs

Acceptance Criteria

Add a feedback section to the Apps settings page
Settings Page should redirect to our Github Issues Page
