As an EmbeddedChat developer

I need to:
Implement "Disscussions" on EmbeddedChat

So That:
users or people present in the room can discuss and directly find relevant information on the topic within EmbeddedChat.

Hey @Spiral-Memory, this feature is there in rocket chat as well, and I am not implementing it because to match EmbeddedChat with RocketChat, I am implementing it because if somebody has integrated EmbeddedChat for his website and suppose we want to have live faqs or new suggestions regarding a topic then we can implement it like this way
