Streamline reactions: add generic salutation #10

In all other bot reactions I refer to a variable [GENERIC ROCKET.CHAT SALUTATION].

This issue is here to define this generic salutation which is then followed by a newline and the name of the contributor triggering the bot.

Might be something like

Kind regards and thanks a lot for contributing to Rocket.Chat.
[CONTRIBUTOR-HANDLE]
