Extract params from Livechat URL

Add new feature, allowing to pass some information through the Livechat URL, such as department, token, etc.
After getting these query params, call the related Livechat API method automatically, like setDepartment, setToken and so on.

In addition: We can create a new API method, allowing to pass all information just once.
