The text in the offline form and in the registration form is not translated, even though the translated messages do exist in the translation files. See the attached screenshots, "We are not online right now. Please, leave a message." and "Please, tell us some information to start the chat" is in English while the rest of the fields is in German.

Could this have something to do with those messages being editable in the Omnichannel settings, and if so, is there another way I could use to have these texts appear in the users language?

Strange, we do have these sentences stored on our translation libs, probably a bug when doing the actual translation

Actually this bug still exists. It seems that the strings are not updated when the widget gets rendered?
